If your Snapchat score is not updating, it’s usually a temporary issue. In this article, we’ll discuss some solutions on what to do to get your Snapchat score to update.

What to do when Snapchat Score not Updating?

Solution #1: Reboot the Phone

  1. Press and hold the Power button on your device until you see the Power menu screen.
  2. Tap on the Shutdown button (Slide to Power off on iPhone) and wait while the screen turns off.
  3. Once the phone reboots, launch the Snapchat app to check if it works optimally.

Solution #2: Update the Snapchat App

  2. On Android, press the menu button, and select My Apps. On iOS, press the Updates tab at the bottom of the app screen.
  3. Here you will be able to see all the apps installed on your phone that has an update pending.
  4. Look for the Snapchat icon in the list and then press the Update button right next to it.

Solution #3: Clear Snapchat App Cache

  2. Scroll to find the Apps or Application Manager
  3. With the list of apps in front of you, scroll down to find the Snapchat app icon.
  4. Press the Force Stop button to end the background processes that may be running.
  5. Then go ahead and tap the Clear Data button and press the Clear Cache button too.

Solution #4: Uninstall and Reinstall Snapchat

  2. Using the search bar, look for Snapchat and open it.
  3. Press the Uninstall button to remove the app and confirm your action.
  4. Let Snapchat be uninstalled, and then reboot your phone by pressing and hold the Power
  5. Boot up the phone, head back to Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and search for Snapchat.
  6. Press the Install button and complete the process. Finally, launch the app to see if the problem is solved.
