In order to use the app, you’ll need to download an additional app – Mouse Toggle for Fire TV.

You can use the Virgin TV Go app on any mobile phone or tablet that runs on Android (4.3 or later) or iOS (9.0 or later). However, make sure that your device is not rooted or jailbroken as the Virgin TV Go app will detect it and won’t run on those devices.
